OshudhBazar is a localized, fully functional multi-vendor e-commerce platform tailored specifically for the pharmaceutical sector in Bangladesh. It goes beyond a simple storefront by providing a complete operational ecosystem for pharmacy owners, delivery riders, and platform administrators.
The platform is natively bilingual (English and Bangla), prices are set in BDT, and every screen is currently wired to a live, real-time database.
The Platform Ecosystem (The Four Pillars)
OshudhBazar is divided into four distinct interfaces, each engineered for a specific user role to ensure smooth daily operations:
1. The Customer Storefront
Seamless Browsing: Customers can search for medicines across multiple vendors from a single, unified website.
Secure Authentication: Users can sign in using a Mobile OTP or traditional Email/Password.
Verified Checkout: To prevent spam orders, a verified phone number is strictly required at checkout.
2. The Pharmacy Dashboard (Vendor Panel)
Independent Operations: Each pharmacy manages its own business through a dedicated portal.
Omnichannel Management: Includes modules for physical counter sales (POS), real-time stock management, and a customer credit ledger.
Fulfillment Control: Pharmacies can dispatch orders directly from their dashboard to their chosen riders.
3. The Dedicated Rider App
Flexible Workforce: Designed for both pharmacy-owned delivery staff and independent freelance riders.
Live Tracking: Riders only see their own assigned, live jobs.
Fulfillment Tools: Integrated with maps for routing and features a cash collection module for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
4. The Master Admin Panel

To transition from this live beta to full public launch, the following four integrations are the final milestones:
Live SMS Provider: Integrating a commercial SMS gateway to replace the sandbox OTP codes.
Payment Gateway: Connecting a digital payment processor (the system currently relies successfully on Cash on Delivery).
Dynamic Shipping Logic: Applying per-pharmacy delivery fees based on specific areas and calculating minimum-order thresholds for free delivery at checkout.
Security Finalization: Clearing the remaining standard security-scan findings before public exposure.
